The more you tell me, the better I match you. Your trade, your crew, your city, the size of job you want, even your website. I won $500k+ in federal contracts and this searches, reads, and drafts exactly how I did it.

Let's work this proposal

Here is exactly how this goes, top to bottom. I handle the writing, you handle the decisions.

1
Unlock this proposal (15 credits, one time, covers everything below, me reading the paperwork, checking your numbers, and drafting your proposal template)
2
Let me read the full paperwork

Hit the button and I grab the attached files straight off SAM.gov and read every page, real line items, real dates, real rules. If SAM does not give me the files, open the notice, scroll to Attachments/Links, click what is there, download the documents, then drop them in below.

Takes about a minute, sometimes two on thick packages.
Files locked? Here is how to get them (SAM login and PIEE)
Locked on SAM.gov (says "controlled" or wants a login): Yes, you have to be logged in. Make a free account at sam.gov, sign in, open the notice, scroll to Attachments/Links, click each link there, download the files, then drop them in above. If it says access must be requested, there is a request button on the notice, approval usually comes by email within a day.

Locked behind PIEE (piee.eb.mil, common on DoD bids): That is a separate system and yes, it needs its own account. Register at piee.eb.mil as a vendor with the SOL (Solicitation) role tied to your CAGE code. Heads up: PIEE approval can take a few days, so start it the same day you find the bid, not the week it is due.

Either way, once the files are on your computer, drop them in above and I read them the same.

Or drop the files in yourself:

3
Who is doing the actual work?

If your business is doing the work, I treat you as the prime performing it and keep the language focused on your crew, your costs, and your delivery plan. Pick subcontracting only when you want me to help source another company.

4
Upload your quote

Upload your quote for this bid. If you chose subcontracting, upload your subcontractor's quote.

5
Submission checklist

This is everything the solicitation says has to be in your response. Work down the list, check each one off, and do not send until all of them are handled.

  • Run the first look so I can pull the checklist.

Need a proposal template or want help getting this over the line? Get a 45 min advisory session with Terence for $99. Bring your bid, your numbers, or your questions.

Your proposal template

This is your starting point, not a finished submission. It is white-labeled, no placeholder info from us, and it shows you exactly what goes on each page and which forms this solicitation actually needs (SF 1449 and all). Fill it in, make it yours, then send it.

Questions about this bid?

Ask me anything about the solicitation, the forms, or how to fill in the template. After a few back-and-forths, if you need more than I can give you here, book time with Terence directly.
